Think that this brilliant hotel is beyond compare, loved it. The venue is fairly clean, with ideal location really close to Central Station and subway and Grand Central Terminal.

Everything was nice as expected, though the bathroom was so small. The staff were brilliant and check-in was smooth. The informal bar in the hotel had lots of delicious tea, spirits and coffee throughout the day: )

Cosy hotel, perfect location close to everything and with fantastic views. The units are beautiful, relaxing. Exceptional services, excellant Wi-Fi.

The reception was efficient and tidy. The staff we met was CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS. Had individual room with sofa bed, microwave, for example for a such great stay. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, including bread, pastries, jam and cheese.

It's very clean, great views and location. Having a terrace was like a dream. Thoroughly enjoyed Birdbath Bakery, it was a short way from the hotel and offered nice treats. Moreover, it had parking nearby.

Lake view, very caring staff. Beds were lovely here, and the rooms were immaculate. The food was decent, especially an English breakfast. Top-notch service and an affordable restaurant, available onsite.

Staff and location could not have been more superb. The beds were fine in the comfortable bedroom. I loved the incredible pool area. Moreover, I parked at the nearby.

personnel was welcoming, location was perfect. there is a good food option within 100 m - cafe metro. good sized room. right next to top of the rock and other sightseeing areas.
